Symposium venue

The symposium will be held in the UCLouvain “Aula Magna”, located at Place Lemaire 1, 1348 Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium. The symposium will take place in the rooms “Foyer du Lac” and “Mezzanine du Lac”.

The venue is located at a 7-minute walk from the railway station “Louvain-la-Neuve” with direct connections to Brussels.

How to reach the venue?
 

By public transport

• By Train: Travel to the Louvain-la-Neuve train station. Walk up toward the pedestrian city centre and the lake. The walk takes about 5 to 10 minutes. The main entrance for the BSVoM symposium is accessible from the lake level next to the cinema complex.
   

By car

The GPS address is Boulevard André Oleffe, 1348 Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.

• From Brussels: Take the E411 highway. Take exit 8a. Go straight at the roundabout. Follow "Centre urbain" and then "Aula Magna".
• From Namur: Take the E411 highway. Take exit 9. Take the N25 toward Nivelles. Take the "Ottignies-LLN" exit and follow the signs.
• Parking: A parking lot is located directly under the building next to the lake (map). Information regarding on how to use the parking facilities (free) will be communicated later.
